CyberAId was presented at the Cyber Security Operation Defender event, organised by the Hellenic National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA) in Athens, Greece, from 25 to 27 May 2026.
Dr. Aristeidis Farao, Cybersecurity Engineer at INQBIT INNOVATIONS SRL (IQB), participated as a speaker at the event, which was held within the trilateral cybersecurity upskilling programme involving Greece, Israel, and Cyprus. The event focused on Artificial Intelligence in Cybersecurity for the young generation.
During the sessions on “Artificial Intelligence in Cybersecurity: Opportunities, Risks, and Hands-On Applications,” Dr. Farao presented the CyberAId project, highlighting its innovative agentic AI infrastructure for intelligently coordinating and orchestrating advanced cybersecurity tools and services.
The presentation showcased how CyberAId leverages agentic AI, large language models, and cutting-edge technologies to strengthen cybersecurity and enhance the cyber-resilience of European critical infrastructures, particularly in the financial sector.
With approximately 40–50 participants, the event provided an opportunity to explore the opportunities, risks, and practical applications of artificial intelligence in cybersecurity, supporting knowledge exchange and capacity building among the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
